In 2008

On October 17,Parent company FarmaSino Co., Ltd. was formally established;In the same year, the production center was established Anhui Sino Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd..

In 2011

In December, FarmaSino Holdings (HK) Co., Ltd was founded

In 2016

On January 29, the R&D center was established SkyRun Pharma Co., Ltd..

In August 2017, acquired Zonta Pharma Co., Ltd..

On August, the preparation production base was established, Jiangsu Zonta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.; In November, FarmaSino Medical Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

In August, FarmaSino Co., Ltd. was approved by the national “CNAS” audit.

In April, acquired Health Port Biotech Co., Ltd.
